We start by meeting with you at your location to evaluate your property or current pool, hear your goals, and discuss your pool installation, pool renovation, or hardscape options. After your consultation, we’ll prepare a plan, complete with a 3D rendering of your design so that you can see how your new space will look once everything is installed. You will have the ability to tweak the design until it matches your vision exactly. Once your estimate is completed and approved, we’ll begin your installation or renovation project.

New pool builds and some outdoor living installations require permits, which can feel like a hassle to obtain on your own. But don’t worry—Lake Country Pools’ permitting team takes over to obtain all permits necessary to get started. If you are part of an HOA, we will also handle all communication with the HOA leaders and whoever else we need to speak with to begin our work. Once we’ve obtained all necessary permits and permissions, we will place your project on our schedule at the earliest time available for us and at the most convenient time available for you.

Our team is with you at every point in the construction or renovation process. We check in regularly to receive your feedback and ensure our work is in accordance with what you had in mind. We cannot guarantee exact timeline projections, but Lake Country Pools is proud to average a 60-day construction period for new pool builds, pending permit approval. While the industry standard is about two to four months (and sometimes longer), we typically complete our pool builds in less than 8 weeks! Our processes for any project are extremely thorough but efficient so that you can enjoy your new pool, renovated pool, or outdoor space sooner rather than later. Once we finish your project and have cleaned up your site, we will train you on everything you need to know. Then, we’ll get out of your hair so you can enjoy your new pool or space!
