What to Expect From Our Outdoor Living Design Process
Lake Country Pools designs your hardscapes and outdoor solutions with your goals guiding every decision.
We start by meeting with you at your location to evaluate your pool, hear your goals, and discuss your renovation options. Our evaluations are thorough and detailed, so we fully understand what you want from your pool.
After your consultation, we’ll prepare a plan, complete with a 3D rendering of your design, so that you can see what your pool will look like after our work is done. You will have the ability to tweak the design until it matches your vision exactly.
Once your estimate is completed and approved, we’ll get the ball rolling to renovate your pool.
Certain installations like fencing, retaining walls, or outdoor kitchen installation may require permits, which can feel like a hassle to obtain on your own. But don’t worry—Lake Country Pools’ permitting team will take over to obtain all permits necessary to start construction. If you are part of an HOA, we will also handle all communication with the HOA leaders and whoever else we need to speak with to get clearance for construction.
Once we’re cleared to build, we will place your project on our schedule at the earliest time available for us and the most convenient time available for you.
On the first day of construction or installation, you can expect your sales representative and your project and equipment manager to be on-site, ensuring all action is according to your plan and design. Once your project is underway, your project manager will take over, becoming your trusted point of contact. But don’t worry! Your sales rep will check in either weekly or biweekly to hear any feedback and ensure you are satisfied with the process.
If structures or natural elements in your yard need to be removed before construction (i.e., sheds, buildings, trees, etc.), we can demolish or remove whatever is necessary to get started.
We cannot guarantee exact timeline projections, but Lake Country Pools is proud to say our construction and installation timelines are typically much more efficient than competitor companies. We utilize extremely thorough but efficient processes so you can enjoy your new outdoor space sooner rather than later.
Once we’re finished with your project and have cleaned up your site, we will train you on everything you need to know about your new installation(s). Then, we’ll get out of your hair so you can start enjoying your new yard!
